Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months to one year related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Environment: ensure team compliance with safety rules and training.
• Quality: ensure quality output, flag issues, escalate when needed.
• Delivery: meet production schedule and coordinate materials with Area Lead.
• Productivity: balance workforce and communicate overtime needs.
• Preventive Maintenance: own PM on area equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Assigns jobs to team based on training and capacity to meet schedule.
• Ensure parts are tagged and tracked in the system.
• Log hours for all team members in the department.
• Stage materials and set clear time expectations.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads and handle ongoing production tasks.
