Job summary

Kinney Manufacturing, LLC in Lincoln, NE is seeking a production associate to manufacture parts per customer orders. You will operate multiple pieces of equipment and read engineering prints to ensure parts meet specifications, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and read and follow safety and operating instructions. This is a hands-on, physical position essential to our manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year related experience or training.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Accept assigned jobs and complete them within the allocated time.
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment and read engineering prints.
• Notify Production Lead of any issues with materials or equipment.
• Document scrap creation and assist with determination of reason for scrap.
• Assist maintenance personnel with maintenance work on production equipment.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Production Lead.
