Job summary

Kinney Manufacturing seeks a Team Lead to guide the production team, coaching and coordinating with Area Lead, Production Manager & Coordinator, and Safety/Quality personnel to meet metrics.

The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity, with responsibilities including PM ownership, scheduling support, materials and workload balancing, and accurate time tracking in the system.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Must read, write and comprehend English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strenuous work requiring standing and physical effort.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance operations by coaching and coordinating production activities.
• Ensure safety and environmental rules are followed.
• Ensure quality output and escalate issues when needed.
• Support production schedule and material flow.
• Own Preventive Maintenance on area equipment with maintenance team.
