Job summary

Fullsight is seeking a senior engineer to assist in operating Industry Managed Programs across SAE ITC and PRI, focusing on welding audits, task group support, and auditor management. You will contribute to audit reviews, develop criteria, and provide technical summaries for assigned task groups.

The role requires a BS in engineering, at least five years in welding tech, and strong knowledge of GTAW and aerospace welding standards.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent required; emphasis in welding tech preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of welding experience, with GTAW and aerospace specifications.
• Strong analytical, data extraction, and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit reviews with confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and support Task Groups; facilitate meetings and projects.
• Develop audit criteria and provide technical summaries.
• Recruit and train auditors; manage staffing and capacity.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure sufficient resources.
• Travel as needed to support audits and groups.
