Job summary

Performance Review Institute (PRI) seeks an experienced professional to assist in operating Industry Managed Programs, focusing on Welding audits across multiple programs. The role includes conducting audit reviews, supporting task groups, and maintaining auditor base with strong regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in Engineering and 5 years welding experience, including GTAW expertise and aerospace welding specs. Travel and leadership capabilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5 years experience in Welding technologies required.
• Strong knowledge of GTAW process and aerospace welding specs required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to present and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit reviews with confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide task group support and lead task group projects.
• Develop and manage budgets for assigned activities.
• Recruit and interview auditors, and identify auditor training needs.
• Collaborate with Auditor Staffing to ensure capacity and coverage.
