Job summary

Performance Review Institute (PRI) is seeking an experienced professional to support Industry Managed Programs focusing on welding technology audits. The role involves conducting audit reviews, supporting Task Groups, maintaining the auditor base, and providing technical summaries to assigned groups.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, leadership potential, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in Welding technologies.
• Strong knowledge of GTAW process and aerospace welding specs; experience with brazing/welding techniques listed.
• Technical knowledge across science/engineering disciplines.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to present and pull/analyze data.
• Demonstrates understanding of required job knowledge, procedures and processes.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Shows leadership potential and team-oriented project management ability.
• Effective communicator with Task Group Leaders; builds strong working relationships.
• Identifies process improvements and gaps; prioritizes multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit reviews with confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide Task Group support and lead Task Group projects.
• Deliver technical summary reports to the assigned task group.
• Conduct and participate in Auditor interviews and recruitment.
• Collaborate with Auditor Staffing to ensure capacity and manage Auditors.
• Develop and manage budgets for assigned activities.
• Keep proficiency through training; support ad-hoc Task Group activities.
