Qualifications

• 2 year technical college or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Hot Wire GTAW, Submerged Arc Welding, Pulsed GMAW, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing weld shop.
• Ability to interpret welding procedures and engineering drawings.
• Experience with QA, ISO9001, API, ANSI, ASME standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the weld shop to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement production schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate training and supervise welding staff.
• Maintain qualification files and ensure ISO/API compliance.
