TransTech Energy, LLC is seeking a skilled Welder for night shift to fabricate steel items, including ASME pressure vessels, using MIG, FCAW, and SAW. You will read blueprints, interpret weld symbols, and prepare layouts, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires welding in 2G–6G, setting up machines per WPS, operating an overhead crane, passing drug and background checks, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Night shift adds $2/hr.

Qualifikationen

• Experience reading blueprints and interpreting measurements.
• Ability to interpret welding symbols and apply correct welds.
• Capable of welding in all positions (2G-6G) and fillet welds.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate machinery safely.

Aufgaben

• Fabricate steel products including ASME pressure vessels and related components.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE as required.
• Interpret drawings, plans, and measurements to plan layouts.
• Set up welding machines to operate within WPS parameters.
• Monitor and inspect welds, correcting as needed during production.
• Operate overhead crane to position parts for welding.
