Job summary

OEM Fabricators, Inc. is seeking a Weld Shop Supervisor to lead the Baldwin area team as we expand our operations. The role oversees daily welding shop activities, plans production to meet quality and delivery goals, and ensures safety and adherence to QMS processes.

You will develop team members, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with operations leadership on staffing, equipment, and process improvements to maintain a world-class welding operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Two-year degree in a relevant discipline; bachelor's preferred.
• Thorough familiarity with welding equipment and tooling.
• Minimum five years of related work experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and manufacturing software.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements for weld shops.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training for the Baldwin team to support continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting team performance.
• Maximize throughput by managing human and physical assets.
