Job summary

Qualifications

• Responsible for planning work orders and creating schedules to meet internal and external needs.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
• Maintains time and production records and tracks performance.
• Coordinates with materials flow and equipment adjustments to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Analyses work orders to estimate worker hours and create schedules.
• Computes material requirements based on production schedules.
• Directs workers in adjusting machines to repair non-conforming products.
• Establishes or adjusts procedures to meet production timelines.
• Develops improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and quality.
• Maintains compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Supervises 10-30 employees in Welding and Paint departments.
