Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Team Coach, Welding - 2nd Shift in Miamisburg, OH to supervise production, coach the team, and ensure TPS-based processes are followed on-site. This role drives schedules, quality, safety, and continuous improvement as the company scales rapidly.

You will mentor operators, read blueprints, monitor materials, and partner with other departments to optimize throughput and reduce waste in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing supervision role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• TPS understanding and adherence to standards.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
• Ensure schedules are met and that products meet quality standards
• Train and develop production staff to improve skills
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency
