The specialist will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality leadership to drive scalable, compliant fabrication practices, oversee visual inspections, and coordinate NDT

Qualifications

• 5+ years structural welding experience.
• Experience developing or qualifying WPS/PQR.
• Strong knowledge of AWS D1.1.
• Blueprint, weld symbol and GD&T proficiency.
• Active CWI preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the company welding program and records.
• Interpret AWS D1.1 and approve welding procedures.
• Lead welding governance and internal compliance audits.
• Coordinate NDT activities and review acceptance criteria.
• Train welders and inspectors on WPS adherence.
