Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Technician to support Ultrapure water systems at construction sites in Phoenix, AZ. You will inspect welding and fabrication processes, review blueprints and specifications, and ensure compliance with AWS, ASME, DVS and OSHA standards while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of pipe welding quality control experience in an industrial setting is required.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and welding symbols; knowledge of AWS/ASME codes and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and quality control assessments on welding and fabrication processes.
• Document inspection results and maintain weld logs and other QC records.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to verify project requirements.
• Collaborate with project team to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with codes.
• Maintain inspection equipment and participate in QA/QC meetings.
