Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Control Technician to plan, implement, and manage the Quality Control program for Ultrapure water systems onsite.

You will support compliance oversight across all phases of the quality program and commissioning of the UPW system, reporting to the Quality Control Manager and later the Construction Manager. The role involves supervising QC and subcontractor QC teams, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and construction managers, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a CWI/QC role within an industrial setting (plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, welding symbols, and industry standards.
• Team-oriented and safety-conscious.
• ASQ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and quality control assessments on welding and fabrication processes.
• Ensure compliance with AWS, ASME, DVS and OSHA regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Project Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to verify project requirements.
• Document inspection results and maintain weld logs and related reports.
• Supervise QC team and coordinate with construction and safety teams.
• Prepare audit schedules and report findings with corrective actions.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and project turnover packages.
