You will drive process improvements, enforce non-negotiables, and coordinate with HR for performance management. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this hands-on supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong weld background and knowledge of welding practices.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, safety regulations, and documentation.
• Ability to train, mentor, and hold teams accountable for non-negotiables and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture development and trust-building within the team.
• Oversee health & safety protocols and PPE compliance.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with procedures and audits.
• Manage daily production activities and resource allocation to meet goals.
• Drive process improvements and kaizen efforts to reduce waste and ROI.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
