You will oversee daily tasks, use EPICOR/Vantage MES to track hours, read blueprints, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to meet safety and quality goals while maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Training and direction to production staff as needed.
• Ability to read blueprints and use Epicor/Vantage system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and delegate daily tasks to production staff.
• Use Epicor/Vantage MES to collect labor hours and track job data.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
