Job summary

You will lead engineering projects for design changes, refurbishments, and coordinate with internal departments to complete projects on time and within budget, while maintaining safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience improving productivity, efficiency and quality through maintenance of plant equipment.
• Ability to benchmark processes and monitor production on all equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting with engineering staff on programming and production issues.
• Design and develop production equipment and jigs for new or redesigned lines.
• PM lead during new assignments, coordinating with departments to meet budgets/time.
• Develop and manage training programs for PE staff.
• Ensure process conditions, such as wire feed speed, amperage, polarity, gas, and weld rod specs.
• Interpret blueprints/instructions to confirm dimensions and workflow.
