Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects and measures parts using precision equipment to verify conformance to specs.
• Prepare and maintain quality verification documentation.
• Perform VT, UT, MT non-destructive testing to identify defects.
• Interpret results for welding fit-up and calibrate testing equipment.
• Oversee welder qualification tests and evaluate performance.
• Review sketches and drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and shop personnel on quality issues.
• Adhere to ISO Quality Program, safety and environmental regulations.
