Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspects and measures parts using precision equipment to verify conformance.
• Prepare and maintain quality verification documentation.
• Perform VT, UT, MT non-destructive testing to identify defects.
• Interpret inspection results against codes and specs; calibrate equipment.
• Oversee welder qualification tests and evaluate performance.
• Review drawings and specs to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Interface with supervisors, engineers, and customers on quality issues.
• Adhere to ISO quality procedures and safety regulations.
