Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a welding lift truck driver to safely operate industrial forklifts, moving raw materials, finished goods, and supplies across the facility while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role supports production, shipping, and receiving with attention to detail and reliability.

The position requires 2+ years of forklift experience, a strong safety mindset, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as needed.
• Move inventory to designated storage and staging areas.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals.
