Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a welding lift truck driver in Urbana, IL to safely operate industrial forklifts and move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility. This role supports production, shipping, and receiving with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

The position is 1st shift with a pay rate of $22.75 per hour. The successful candidate will perform pre-shift inspections, follow safety protocols, and collaborate across departments to meet daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts.

Job Summary

We are looking for our next team member at Flex-N-Gate! The welding lift truck driver is responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting production, shipping, and receiving by ensuring materials are transported efficiently and stored accurately while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $22.75

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as needed
• Move inventory to designated storage and staging areas
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals

Physical Requirements

• Requires adherence to strict safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
