Job summary

Forte is seeking dedicated production workers to join our manufacturing team. You will operate forklifts to move materials, read schedules, and ensure safe and efficient material flow throughout the plant.

Applicants should have proven forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A valid forklift certification is preferred and a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as forklift operator.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Typically one year experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move materials, load and unload shipments.
• Read and interpret schedules and tickets to manage material flow.
• Perform safety procedures and wear required PPE, including harness when needed.
• Move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
