Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a skilled forklift operator for our Urbana, IL facility. The 2nd shift moves raw materials, finished goods, and supplies across the plant, supporting production, shipping, and receiving while emphasizing safety and quality.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading with forklifts, stocking materials, conducting pre-shift checks, and coordinating with production and warehouse teams to meet daily goals. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as needed
• Move inventory to designated storage and staging areas
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals
