Qualifications

• Three (3) years of full-time experience in a Career/Technical position.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Organizes practical and technical instruction with demonstrations of skills.
• Instructs students in math, communication, work habits, tool use, codes/regulations, and safety.
• Plans and supervises student work in shop or lab.
• Tests and evaluates student achievement in technical knowledge and trades.
• Maintains records and reports as directed.
• Assists in job placement for graduates.
• Advises students enrolled in the occupational program.
• Keeps current with teaching methods and occupational information through professional development.
