Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding / Structural Welding.
• Familiar with MIG/TIG/STICK/FCAW welding processes and safety standards.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited program.
• Provide hands-on training in a fully equipped shop.
• Emphasize safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Support student growth and professional development.
• Motivate and engage students in a positive classroom environment.
• Regularly assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for careers in welding technology.
