Candidates should have over 5 years of field experience in Pipe and Structural Welding, with expertise in various welding techniques including GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, and Plasma Cutting. Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding and Structural Welding.
• Must be knowledgeable in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-cored arc, and Plasma Cutting.

Responsibilities

• Teach Welding Technologies Classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited program.
• Provide hands-on training in the fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety procedures and industry standards.
• Support student growth in professionalism and accountability.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Assess and communicate student performance.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Welding Technology.
