Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years field welding experience: MIG, TIG, Stick, FCAW and plasma cutting.

• Teach Welding Technologies Classes using Lincoln Tech's program.
• Provide hands-on training in a fully equipped facility.
• Emphasize safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Support student growth and promote professionalism and accountability.
• Motivate and engage students in a positive classroom environment.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress regularly.
• Prepare students for successful careers in Welding Technology.
