Bettis Asphalt & Construction, Inc. is seeking a motivated Welder Helper to join our field team. You will assist with welding and maintenance on heavy machinery at various job sites, learn metal fabrication techniques, and contribute to safe, quality work on projects from rock to road.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to travel, and a basic understanding of welding. You will work under supervision, follow PPE guidelines, and help keep equipment and records in good

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic welding knowledge preferred.
• Experience around mobile/industrial equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist welding tasks including repairs and fabrication.
