Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; welding certification preferred.
• 3+ years of welding and equipment maintenance experience, preferably in mobile roles.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding; able to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and mechanical systems; maintenance of industrial equipment.

Responsabilités

• Welding & on-site repairs: fabricate and reinforce equipment and machinery.
• Equipment maintenance: inspect, diagnose, and repair components.
• Travel: operate a fully equipped mobile welding unit at various locations.
• Safety compliance: follow PPE guidelines and safety procedures.
• Documentation: maintain records of repairs, services, and materials used.
• Client communication: assess needs and provide progress updates.
• Quality assurance: ensure all work meets industry standards and project specs.
• Tool & equipment maintenance: keep welding tools in good condition.
