Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Holbrook, MA seeks a Welder Fabricator/ layout man to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform MIG and flux core welding, with occasional TIG, reading in-house shop drawings, and supporting fabrication of miscellaneous metals.

Responsibilities include operating shears, presses, band saws; setting up press brakes; handling overhead crane and rigging; and collaborating with a small, family-run shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of miscellaneous metals experience.
• Overhead crane and rigging experience required.
• Must pass random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Must be able to read and fabricate from in-house shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding and flux core welding; occasional TIG welding.
• Read and fabricate from in-house shop drawings.
• Operate shears, punch presses, band saws and set up presses.
• Work with overhead crane and rigging in a small fabrication shop.
