Job summary

All-Lift Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Massachusetts team.

You will layout, weld, and assemble components for overhead cranes and lifting equipment, reading blueprints and specs to fabricate precise parts. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork; candidates should have 3+ years welding/fabrication experience, proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, and the ability to lift heavy materials in a fabrication shop or on-site.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts and specifications for fabrication.
• 3+ years welding/fabrication experience in industrial settings.
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to lift heavy materials in a fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Layout/manufacture of overhead cranes components.
• Perform welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals using MIG, TIG, or stick processes.
• Read blueprints and specs to fabricate parts and assemblies.
• Assemble components into final products with proper alignment and integrity.
• Inspect welds and finished work for quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain fabrication tools and follow safety protocols on-site.
