Job summary

Enprotech, LLC seeks an experienced welder to join our fabrication team. You will weld metal parts using MIG/TIG/Stick processes, read blueprints and lay out assemblies for fabrication.

The role requires operating overhead cranes, performing cutting and grinding, and ensuring strict quality standards across all welds. Responsibilities include inspecting welds with precision tools, preparing parts, and maintaining safety procedures on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Blueprints, drawings, BOMs and procedures must be read and followed precisely.
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques as required.
• Operate overhead cranes and cranes for positioning parts.
• Use micrometers, calipers and other precision tools for inspection.

Responsibilities

• Welds metal parts using gas welding, brazing and arc welding processes.
• Perform thermal cutting and grinding.
• Repair cracked parts and fill holes; weld overlays where needed.
• Lay out parts and fixtures; rig and fixture for welding.
• Inspect welds with precision measuring tools and maintain quality checks.
