The successful candidate will operate welding equipment, support fabrication needs, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and a 2-year welding certification are preferred, with 3–5 years of MIG welding experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of welding experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year Vo-tech welding certification or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with focus on safety, productivity, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG welding on various materials with proper setup and maintenance of welding equipment.
• Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for precise welds and fabrications.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teammates to prioritize and complete tasks by project deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
