Job summary

TRAK Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for 100% in-office, first shift. You will fabricate and weld metal parts per blueprints, assemble sub-assemblies, and operate MIG/TIG welders along with plasma cutters and related equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience, ability to read drawings, and strong math and measurement skills. Safety and PPE adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding diagrams, and symbols.
• Experience operating welding and fabrication tools and equipment.
• Strong math skills and precision measurement abilities.
• Solid understanding of fabrication techniques and metalworking processes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld parts per blueprints to build towers, frames, and related assemblies.
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies.
• Operate MIG/TIG welders, saws, drills, grinders, plasma cutters, and related machinery.
• Move materials using forklifts, hoists, or cranes.
• Weld flat, vertical, and overhead seams as required.
• Cut and measure materials to shapes and tolerances.
• Assemble, dismantle, and prepare metal structures and equipment.
• Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Interpret CAD drawings and fabrication instructions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
