TRAK Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for 100% in-office, first shift. You will fabricate and weld metal parts per blueprints, assemble sub-assemblies, and operate MIG/TIG welders along with plasma cutters and related equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience, ability to read drawings, and strong math and measurement skills. Safety and PPE adherence are essential.

Welder/Fabricator Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | First Shift

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld raw materials according to blueprints to build clock and bell towers, steel and aluminum frames, and related assemblies.
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies.
• Operate tools and equipment including MIG/TIG welders, saws, drills, grinders, plasma cutters, and related machinery.
• Move materials and components using forklifts, hoists, or cranes.
• Weld flat, vertical, and overhead seams as required.
• Cut and measure materials to specified shapes and tolerances.
• Assemble, dismantle, and prepare metal structures and equipment.
• Operate machinery and welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Interpret and follow CAD drawings and written fabrication instructions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
