Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• Strong problem-solving skills to meet customer and employee needs.
• Excellent people skills with customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Welding and Fabrication team.
• Hire, train and develop staff; address performance and disciplinary matters.
• Develop operating budgets and manage expenses for the store.
• Monitor safety, OSHA/ MSHA/EPA/DOT compliance and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams and supervise workflow and resources.
• Assist in revenue/profit planning and accounts receivable management.
