Responsibilities

• Lead Technicians in daily service operations and safety.
• Manage branch operations, staffing, budgeting and costs.
• Develop budgets, control expenses, and meet financial goals.
• Train staff on SOPs and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee safety audits and regulatory compliance (OSHA/MSHA/EPA/DOT).
• Coordinate with Sales and supervise workflow and accounts receivable.
