Job summary

Furmano Foods is seeking a Welding / Fabricator Maintenance Tech for 2nd shift to maintain and repair equipment across our food production and labeling operations. You will diagnose mechanical issues, install new and existing machinery, interpret blueprints, and collaborate with team members and purchasing to source parts.

The role demands physical work and teamwork. Qualifications include at least three years of related mechanical experience with welding; technical training in mechanical

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of related mechanical experience with Welding experience preferred.
• Education: Technical/other training or better in Mechanical Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Install new and existing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems (bearings, drives, hydraulics, piping).
• Provide recommendations and solutions for equipment modifications.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and instructions.
• Collaborate with team, prioritize projects, and coordinate with purchasing to order parts.
