Job summary

You will work under experienced engineers and participate in projects spanning production, quality, and systems engineering. Ideal candidates are actively pursuing a STEM degree, plan to enroll in Fall 2027, and have a 3.0+ GPA.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Must have plans to be enrolled in Fall Semester 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welding Process Improvement, including machine modifications, tooling, procedure development.
• Use production and quality data and welding history to support improvements.
• Assist in design and development of future hardware, tests, systems engineering, and launch operations.
• Maintain production work instructions and participate in supplier management and testing.
• Support experienced engineers and gain exposure to day-to-day engineering activities.
