• Support operations with equipment knowledge and WM/QA collaboration.
• Specify welding equipment, consumables, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Lead weld quality control development and process improvements.
• Assist with plant floor welding integration, start-up and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on project engineering for new and existing programs.
• Provide training and mentorship for welding staff.
