Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Welding Engineer to provide technical leadership in welding and brazing within our manufacturing environment. The role focuses on day-to-day operations and project work, applying advanced welding knowledge to improve process efficiency and product quality.

You will develop robust welding procedures (GTAW, LBW, Brazing), maintain weld qualification reports, and train shop staff and customers on procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelors in welding, metallurgical, materials science, mechanical, or mechanical/chemical engineering.
• Minimum of three years of welding engineering or related metal-processing experience.
• Strong communication and ability to train operations staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead welding and brazing in manufacturing operations.
• Develop weld procedures and qualification reports.
• Provide technical training to operations and customers.
• Analyze process efficiency and troubleshoot defects.
