Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or a 2-year technical degree with 10+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• CWI/CWE certification required; familiarity with welding verification methods and testing.

Responsibilities

• Apply ASME and AWS codes; develop procedures and personnel qualifications.
• Diagnose welding equipment and provide technical guidance to operators.
• Develop welding procedures and WPQs for ASME code vessels and maintain records.
• Lead welding and robotic welding improvements and training; coordinate with teams.
• Interface with internal/external customers and ensure documentation is up to date.
