Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience or training.
• MIG and Spot-Welding expertise.
• Experience with Body-in-White (BIW) components.
• Knowledge of welding equipment and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate strategic welding projects.
• Develop new welding technologies for new products.
• Support operations with equipment knowledge.
• Input into departmental goals with measurable targets.
• Specify welding equipment, consumables, systems, and robotics.
• Assist in weld quality control processes.
