Qualifications

• Certification or higher degree in the corresponding program from an accredited institution.
• On-site director or program head requirements with qualifications
• Meets state and accreditor requirements to qualify as an instructor for the program
• 1 year of management experience
• Understanding of adult learning principles evidenced by ability to teach/train adult learners
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with diverse groups
• Ability to drive/travel to extern/clinical/job sites
• Administration within an education program

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment for students and faculty
• Identify, hire and train qualified faculty
• Monitor and promote the integration of the Ancora Education Learning Philosophy and Core Classroom Principles
• Lead faculty development efforts including orientation, ongoing training and professional development
• Provide timely mentoring, observations, coaching and feedback
• Maintain course schedules and assign faculty workloads
• Ensure equipment, training aids, and materials support the curriculum and learning objectives
• Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards
• Coordinate relationships with external clinical/extern sites
• Advise students on academic performance and progression
• Maintain curriculum in accordance with standards
• Other duties as assigned
