Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. in Marshall, TX is seeking a Welder Trainer to lead and elevate welding training across production teams.

You will coach new hires to established welding standards, refine current employees, and ensure safe, efficient operations on the shop floor. Education requires a high school diploma; 3–5 years welding experience; and the ability to read blueprints, communicate clearly, and pass Sabre's Welder A certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years recent welding experience.
• Experience: 1+ year fitting poles/arms (utility divisions) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees to established welding standards.
• Assist with training existing employees needing refinement or up-grading of certifications.
• Oversee weld testing and safety practices on the production floor.
• Coordinate with Plant Managers on welding performance and issues.
• Fill in for Production leads when needed.
