Job summary

CECO Environmental, a global leader in sustainable industrial solutions, seeks an Advanced Welding Manufacturing Engineer in Addison, TX. You will drive welding process development, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement across laser, TIG, and MIG welding technologies to boost productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.

You will lead manufacturing improvement projects, support new product launches, and create detailed work instructions and training materials while partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, welding engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in welding or metal fabrication manufacturing.
• CWI, CWEng, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize welding and fabrication processes.
• Support and develop Laser, TIG, and MIG welding technologies.
• Lead manufacturing improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Support new product launches and process validation.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues using root cause analysis.
• Create work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve performance.
