Contech Engineered Solutions LLC in El Mirage, AZ is seeking a Welder to join our plant. You will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure, including drainage systems, pipe, bridges, and stormwater management, by performing MIG and Stick welding with precision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding.
• Technical training or welding experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with precision instruments and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Mark and lay out material using templates, patterns, or scribes.
• Align and assemble product for welding using crane, hoist, chains.
• Cut or plasma torch to achieve precise layout.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures to ensure accurate welding.
• Uses template, pattern, scribe, etc. to mark and lay out material.
• Aligns and assembles product for welding using crane, lever hoist ,chains, etc.
• Uses cutting or plasma torch to burn to precision layout.
• Adheres to safety protocols to create a secure work environment.

About You

We Require:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, and Stick welding.
• Technical training or welding experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with precision instruments.Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
