Stabil Drill, A Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full Time Welder/PTA Operator to join our Midland, Texas team. This role performs welding using MIG and TIG processes on various materials and assists with machining duties as needed.

The position emphasizes a safe, efficient shop environment and adherence to QHSE requirements. Candidates with one year welding experience are preferred; a high school diploma or GED is encouraged.

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full Time Welder/PTA Operator to join our team in Midland, Texas. This position performs duties including welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop.
• Experience in applying various Hard Facings used on Stabilizers.
• Experience in repairing Stabilizers.
• Manual Cylindrical Grinding.
• Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.

Education, Experience, and Benefits

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1 year of welding experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
