Job summary

HPJ Industries is seeking a motivated welder to join our steel packaging repair team in Deshler, OH. The role focuses on high-quality welding, fabrication, and repair in a fast-paced industrial setting, requiring safety focus and independent work habits.

The ideal candidate will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, read blueprints, inspect work for quality, and maintain a clean work area in compliance with safety regulations. Prior welding experience is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred (MIG, TIG, Stick, or similar processes)
  • Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math calculations
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of reliability, accountability, and work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on company-specific processes
