Job summary

Sabre Industries in Texas (Alvarado) is seeking a Welder to perform production welding on pole assemblies. You will read drawings, set up welding equipment, and join components to exact specifications under established procedures. The role requires completing the Welder Training Program and passing 3G/4G FCAW tests, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely. Qualifications

• Must complete Welder Training Program.
• Must pass and certify 3G and 4G FCAW welding tests.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic math skills.
• GMAW or Metal Core welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and interpret drawings and weld symbols to determine weld size and configuration.
• Operate welding machines and adjust parameters to meet procedures.
• Position pole assemblies on rollers and assist with fitting and welding.
• Inspect welds and ensure conformance to drawings and specs.
• Follow Sabre safety guidelines and quality expectations.
